This plugin is more robust than Contact Form 7.  Major difference is that form submissions are saved in a table to view from the Dashboard.

Get it up and running quickly by:

  1. Custom Contact Forms (menu)
  2. Quick Start Guide (link in upper right)
  3. Click Insert Default Content button
  4. add [ customcontact form=1] to a page
    without the space after the [
